Last year, the O.U.R. Ops Team coordinated with local law enforcement on an operation in South America called Operation Eternal Spring. Twenty-year-old “Amelia” is one of the survivors that our aftercare team has continued to work with. Amelia is interested in physical fitness, and thanks to your donations, O.U.R. helped her enroll in a program to realize her goal of becoming a certified personal trainer. Our team also took her shopping to buy professional clothes to wear in job interviews. Amelia deals with a drug addiction as a result of her abuse. She is currently attending weekly support groups, motivated by a desire to support her family. We are inspired by her story and can’t wait to see her achieve all her dreams.
