49-year-old Ronald Williams distributed and received illegal child sexual abuse material by posing as a single mother on anonymous chat apps and the dark web. Police found over 8,000 child exploitation images and videos on the suspect's devices. Williams was arrested on six counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, a Class 3 Felony.
